Surprise Birthday party for Nate!
I planned a surprise birthday party for Nate and I totally pulled it off! I couldn't believe that i was actually able to surprise him! I arranged for all of his friends and spouses to meet up at his parents' Park City house and then we arrived soon after. Surprise!! It was fun too to see all the babies together-all of them born in 2008! In the bottom picture, Eliza and Elle Teerlink are just a month a part! So fun!
Snow Shoeing in Park City!
Nate and I found a fun Snow Shoing trail at Promontory that afforded beautiful views of the Wasatch Mountain range. It was a gorgeous day! We bundled up Eliza and as usual over-dressed her! I think, oh, it is so cold outside we better layer up, but then poor Eliza ends up in a sweatbox before we know it!! Over-paranoid parent!! Anyway, we had a blast and Eliza zonked out before long.
New Year's in San Diego
We love going to visit Nate's parents in San Diego! Eliza's first time in the pool. She got that cute Juicy swimsuit from her aunt Emily...she looked so adorable. In the top photo is Sarah, Nate's little sister and she loves to hold the new grandbabies! While we were there we went shopping, took Dressage lessons (horseback-riding), went to a fabulous New Year's Eve ball and danced the night away, and of course we spent plenty of time at the pool!
